Enquiries, quotations and orders

• Submitting a form, requesting a catalogue or messaging us is an enquiry. It is not an order and does not create a contract.
• A quotation is an offer based on the product, quantity, customisation and delivery details available at the time. An order is accepted only when we confirm it in writing (including by email or WhatsApp) and, where required, receive the agreed payment or advance.
• Details of the order, such as products, quantity, branding, price, taxes, payment terms and delivery schedule, are those stated in the quotation or order confirmation. Please check them carefully before you confirm.
• We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or if there is an obvious error in the price or description. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund the amount you paid.

Prices and bulk orders

• Corporate prices in our catalogues are for bulk orders of 10 or more pieces. For fewer than 10 pieces, please buy from our online store at giftoraplus.com.
• Prices shown in catalogues and on this website are indicative, may change without notice, and may exclude GST, customisation and delivery charges. The price that applies to you is the one in your written quotation or order confirmation.
• The “price from” and “designs” figures shown on this website describe our catalogues at the time of writing. Availability depends on stock and production.

Products and images

• Our gifts are crafted in German Silver and other materials as described for each product. Photos, videos and illustrations are representative. Handcrafted items can differ slightly in colour, finish, size and detailing from the pictures, and your screen may display colours differently.
• Sample photographs used on this website are for presentation. Where we supply a product different from a catalogue image because of availability, we will tell you before dispatch.
• German Silver is a silver-coloured alloy and does not contain silver unless a product is expressly described as silver.

Customisation and branding

• Logo printing, engraving, personalised messages and custom packaging depend on the product, the quantity and the production method. We will confirm what is possible, the minimum quantity and the timeline before you approve the order.
• You are responsible for the artwork, logos, text and trademarks you give us, and you confirm that you have the right to use them. Please check the artwork proof carefully: once you approve it, we produce exactly what you approved.
• Customised and personalised items are made specially for you. Any cancellation, change or return of such items depends on the production stage and what we agree in writing at the time of the order.

Payment

Payment terms, such as an advance, the balance and the accepted modes, are given in your quotation or invoice. Goods and services tax (GST) and other applicable taxes are added as the law requires. Please pay only against an invoice or payment details sent by us from the contact details listed on this website, and confirm any change in our bank details with us by phone before paying.

Delivery

• We deliver across India. The delivery timeline and any delivery charge are confirmed with your order and depend on the product, customisation, quantity and the delivery location. Dates we give are estimates, not guarantees, as couriers and festive-season demand can affect them.
• Please give a complete and correct delivery address and a contact number. We are not responsible for delay or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete details.
• Please check the parcel when it arrives. If an item is damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the item and the packaging, so we can resolve it.

Returns, replacements and refunds

If we deliver a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will repair, replace or refund it, as agreed with you. For other returns or cancellations, the terms stated in your quotation or order confirmation apply. Refunds are made to the original mode of payment within a reasonable time after we approve them. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable law.

Using this website

• You agree to give accurate information in our forms and not to misuse the website, for example by sending spam or false enquiries, trying to break or overload it, or copying its content to compete with us.
• All content on the website, including text, photographs, videos, designs and our name and logo, belongs to GiftoraPlus or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
• Company names and logos of other businesses that appear on this website belong to their owners. They are shown only to identify the businesses we have served and do not imply endorsement by them.

Communication

By giving us your phone number and email, you agree that we may contact you by call, SMS, WhatsApp and email about your enquiry, order and our offers. You can ask us to stop at any time by writing to munish.dutt@gmail.com. How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

We take care to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”, and we do not promise that it will be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. We would always prefer to resolve a concern directly with you first, so please contact us.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with the “Last updated” date above, applies from the date of publication. Orders confirmed before an update continue under the terms that applied when they were confirmed.
