GiftoraPlus is a gifting business based in Bengaluru, India, offering German Silver gifts, pooja thalis, diyas, gift boxes and hampers, home décor and corporate gifts, including bulk and customised orders. For this policy, GiftoraPlus is the party that decides how your information is used.

Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill in an enquiry form or request a catalogue, we collect your name, phone / WhatsApp number and work email. In the detailed enquiry form you may also give your company name, your budget per gift, the quantity and timing you need, and any message about customisation or branding. If you contact us on WhatsApp, phone or email, we also keep the details of that conversation.
Information collected automatically. We record the page you submitted a form from, the website that referred you, the time of submission, and campaign information from the link you arrived through (for example UTM parameters and ad click identifiers). Our website and our analytics and advertising tools may also collect your IP address, device and browser type, and how you use the pages, using cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies and tracking”).
We do not ask for payment card details, bank details or government ID numbers through the forms on this website.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry, send the catalogue you asked for, prepare a quotation and follow up with you by phone, WhatsApp or email.
- To process and deliver an order, including customisation, branding and invoicing, once an order is confirmed.
- To improve the website, measure which pages and campaigns work, and show relevant ads about our products.
- To keep the website secure, prevent spam and misuse, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
We use your contact details for the enquiry you made. By submitting a form you agree that we may contact you on the phone number and email you gave, including through WhatsApp, about that enquiry and related offers. You can ask us to stop at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and customer details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry or order, to keep business, tax and accounting records as the law requires, and to resolve disputes. After that we delete the information or anonymise it.
How we protect it
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections for the forms on this website and restricted access to enquiry data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights and choices
Under applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and how we use it;
- correct or update information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
